Since the beginning of 2024, my husband, son, and I have been living in the serene landscape of Portugal, where we proudly own a stunning Quinta in Cerejeira (www.cerejeira.com). After the birth of my son, I rediscovered yoga, and what began as a few brief encounters blossomed into a profound passion.

The joy and peace I found in yoga led me to pursue Hatha yoga instructor training, deepening my understanding of the human body and the rich traditions of yoga. Throughout this journey, I realized that teaching yoga is my passion. I am excited to share this transformative practice with others, guiding them towards greater well-being and inner harmony.
