My classes are accessible to everyone. Together, we work on increasing flexibility and enhancing awareness of your own body. Additionally, we focus on your mental well-being through moments of stillness and mindfulness exercises. All classes are good for beginners.

Hi, I'm Sanne

Welcome to Yoga Cerejeira! I’m Sanne, and I moved to Portugal in the beginning of 2024, following my passion for yoga and the peaceful lifestyle here. I’m a mom of a 4-year old and married to Emile. After completing my yoga teacher training, I was inspired to share the benefits of yoga with others. My classes are open to everyone—whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. No prior experience is needed; My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore and enjoy the practice at your own pace.

Hatha Yoga

We practice asanas (yoga postures) that improve your strength and flexibility, breathing techniques (pranayama) that promote relaxation and energy, and meditation to bring peace to your mind. 

Pilates

Pilates is about strengthening the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Through controlled exercises, we promote balance and body awareness, creating a solid foundation for overall strength and vitality.

Yin Yoga

During Yin Yoga we focus on deep stretches and breathwork. By holding postures for longer periods, we target connective tissues and joints, enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation.
