Yoga Cerejeira Ferreira do Zezere

10 Week Yoga course 

In this 10-week yoga course, I provide a unique lesson each week. Every lesson includes several fixed elements from the yoga tradition. The exercises we do increase body awareness and awareness of breathing.

The lessons are suitable for everyone, regardless of whether you have practiced yoga before.

When: Every Tuesday morning at 10:00 – 11:00 

Start date: 9th of July

Pilates ferreira do zezere

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The key principles of Pilates include concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow.

The lessons are suitable for everyone, regardless of whether you have practiced Pilates before. In the lessons I’ll combine Pilates and Yoga elements.

When: Every Friday morning at 09:00 – 10:00

Start date: 18th of July
